By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from WE NEED STEVE, PAC (the “Campaign”) regarding political campaign updates, voter information, get-out-the-vote efforts, volunteer opportunities, event invitations, and fundraising.

Message Frequency Message frequency varies. You may receive multiple messages per week depending on campaign activity, election timing, and your engagement.

Message and Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. The Campaign is not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

Opt-Out You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to the number from which you are receiving messages. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will no longer receive messages from us. To re-join, reply START or opt in again through our website.

Consent Consent is not a condition of any purchase, donation, or participation. You do not have to agree to receive text messages to support the Campaign or make a donation.

Donations Donations may be solicited via text message. Donations will be secured through Anedot and are subject to applicable campaign finance laws.

Privacy We will not share or sell your mobile opt-in data or consent status with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information will only be shared with service providers (including our messaging platform provider) as necessary to deliver the text messaging service.

Additional Terms

• All messages will clearly identify STEVE HAMMERSON or WE NEED STEVE as the sender.

• We honor all opt-out requests immediately.

• You represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and that you are at least 18 years of age.

• We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance.
